Enrollment Process

This button will link to our CampDoc portal site for online enrollment/registration. You will need to create an account on the first page by entering your email to start the process then click on you forgot your password. This is how they have you create your password. Keep this password so that you will have access to the site in the future as you complete your paperwork.

Then you will make the $500 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot. CampDoc will notify us of your intention and our office will then follow up with your invoice. Typical payments are due March 1 and May 1. If you need a payment plan then please contact Allison@livingwellvillage.org.

All campers must be paid in full prior to arrival at camp.

We also use this CampDoc system as our online document company. This portal will keep all your paperwork. There is a lot of paperwork to complete because we will have your child for an extended period of time and many travel long distances to come to camp. We want to take good care of your child while they are away from home and we may need this information in the event we cannot reach you quickly.
